We stand behind our products with a 30‑day return window for unopened items. All suppliers are contractually required to support returns (RTD – Return to Drop Shipper model). Easy process – no facilities needed on our end.

Eligibility

Return Process (Direct to Supplier – RTD)

  1. Contact Us: Email support@ecoharmonyessentials.com.com (EcoHarmony: support@ecoharmonyessentials.com | TidalForge‑Nautical: support@tidalforgenautical.com) within 30 days. Provide order #, photos, reason.
  2. Get RMA#: We'll issue Return Merchandise Authorization (free, instant).
  3. Ship to Supplier: Use prepaid label (we provide) or your carrier. Return in original box/packaging to supplier address (in email).
  4. Inspection: Supplier approves (3‑7 business days).
  5. Refund: Full purchase price (minus original shipping) to original payment method upon approval. Processing: 5‑10 business days.
